Terms & Conditions for Medical Courier Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Equally Connected Logistics Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, users, visitors, and entities engaging with our services, including medical courier, last-mile delivery, freight transport, hazmat shipping, and military/government logistics.

2. Services Provided

​

Equally Connected Logistics Group provides a variety of transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

 

  • Medical courier and healthcare-related transport

  • Last-mile delivery (residential & commercial)

  • General freight and regional transport

  • Hazardous materials (Hazmat) transport (select classes)

  • Military and government-approved delivery services

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or shipment that violates laws, safety standards, or company policies.

3. Booking and Cancellations

​

All bookings must be made through our approved platform or customer service line.

 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges.

  • Emergency, hazmat, or military/government shipments cannot be canceled after dispatch.

  • Time-sensitive medical transports (e.g., organs, specimens) cannot be canceled once the courier is en route.

4. Delivery Times

​

We strive for timely deliveries; however, delays may occur due to:

 

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Accidents

  • Mechanical issues

  • Road closures

  • Security checkpoints (military/government loads)

​

Equally Connected Logistics Group does not guarantee exact delivery times, but we work diligently to meet agreed schedules.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

5. Compliance and Handling

​

All shipments — including medical, freight, hazmat, and military — are handled in accordance with state and federal regulations, including:

 

  • DOT

  • FMCSA

  • HIPAA (medical-related shipments)

  • OSHA

  • PHMSA (hazmat shipments)

  • Military/government protocols (when applicable)

 

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring all items are properly packaged, labeled, sealed, and documented according to legal and industry requirements.

6. Liability

​

Equally Connected Logistics Group is not liable for damage, loss, contamination, or deterioration caused by:

 

  • Improper packaging

  • Incorrect labeling

  • Hazardous material misclassification

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Actions or omissions by the client

 

 

Our liability is limited to the transportation fee paid for the specific shipment in question.

 

We do not assume liability for consequential, indirect, or financial damages.

7. Confidentiality

​

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information, including medical, personal, commercial, military, and government data.

 

All couriers are trained to handle sensitive and regulated materials with discretion. Data and documents provided to us will remain secure.

8. Payment Terms

​

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We accept:

 

  • Credit/debit cards

  • ACH/bank transfers

  • Business accounts (approved clients only)

 

 

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Military/government loads may require contract-based billing.

9. Changes to Terms

​

Equally Connected Logistics Group reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately once posted on our website.

 

Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in Ohio courts unless otherwise required by federal contract regulations (e.g., military/government loads).

11. Hazmat Disclaimer

​

For hazardous materials:

 

  • Only approved classes will be accepted

  • Proper documentation, SDS sheets, and labeling are required

  • Misrepresentation of cargo may result in penalties and refused service

 

 

Client must certify that all hazmat shipments comply with federal regulations.

12. Military & Government Loads

​I’m 

Clients booking military or government shipments agree to comply with all security, access, and documentation requirements.

 

Delays due to security checks or clearance procedures are outside our control.
